This image was created completely in Corel's PhotoPaint 9.0
I started off with an Elephant skin texture and then played around with the build-in Julia Set Fractal Explorer.
The Fractal Explorer really makes it easy to spice up photos in a million interesting ways. Some effects can be useful and some are just fun.
